The shower was good and the mattress was okay, though one side sloped a little toward the floor. The toilet sat alone in a tiny enclosed space that felt like solitary confinement. I could hear the elevator shaft from my room, and the furniture arrangement looked like a bad dream, or a cheap shop displaying worn pieces. At check-in, the staff seemed unhappy and treated me coldly. Sometimes they seemed reluctant to help, or acted as if they hadn’t heard simple questions, like where to meet the delivery driver with my dinner. A budget hotel can still have trained staff and decent facilities.

The staff were nice and service minded, though not many spoke English. The room was basic, just a bed, toilet, shower, sink, TV, desk, and chair, with clean towels and fresh soap. A few things were broken or coming loose from the wall. Breakfast was simple, seating was limited, and sometimes there was no coffee or hot water for tea. It’s a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for.

The price seemed reasonable for the location, close to the shopping area. The room was small and breakfast wasn’t included, clearly part of a cost-saving approach, but that didn’t mean the quality was poor. It was a pretty unique experience.

The only real plus was being close to the companies, since there wasn’t another option. The elevators didn’t work, breakfast was bad, and there was no coffee for guests. They also forgot to leave towels in my room. This is a very budget hotel.

The customer service team were very good, but my stay was still a bad experience. I was charged 125 USD per night for a very small, cramped room. A few minutes after I entered, someone started trying to open my door, which scared me badly. I called my friend, who sent the porter; they said someone had tried their key by mistake. The next day I had to stand in a huge breakfast queue, and the choices were very limited.
