The place was clean and pleasant, with a good range of breakfast options. It’s well located, and the staff were good.

The staff really made an effort to help and gave great service. Late at night, they even had warm milk for my toddler.

You can reach Tambore shopping center by taking the elevator beside the hotel. It has restaurants, a food court, cinemas, and stores. The hotel’s rooms are barely enough for two adults overnight, and calling a bed that fits under the desk suitable for a 12 year old is unacceptable. Breakfast needs work too, with little fruit or cereal and mushy bread. Parking isn’t included and costs an extra 35 real per 24 hours. Rates change with demand. The place looks like a roadside motel.

The rooms are all the same, clean and comfortable, and the standard service is like other Ibis hotels around Brazil. What makes the difference between a good and not so good stay is the customer service. The bar is simple, a place to have a drink or a bite, answer emails, or hold a quick meeting.
