STD - Anora Spaces - Stadium Alphaville

The room was good and the location suited what I needed. The air conditioner is inside the room and makes noise, but thankfully it wasn’t too hot that night, so I could run it on a lower setting and keep the noise down. The service was fine overall. The receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming at check-in, but I didn’t mind. The tokens didn’t work, and after we insisted, he checked us in manually. Apart from that, everything was normal, nothing special.

Anora Spaces is a terrible company! Its commercial team sent a notice to all the owners in the Soul Itapecuru condominium, pushing them to vote in favor of short-term rentals there, and apparently did so without the owners’ authorization. Assembly information is restricted to unit owners. The company is going to be investigated over a data leak, and we’re seeking to have Anora Spaces banned from this condominium. Think carefully before handing your property over to a completely untrustworthy company to manage! 🤮

I don’t trust a company that got information about an upcoming assembly where short-term rentals at SOUL ITAPECURU might be banned, then ignored data protection law and sent owners a notice urging them to vote in favor of those rentals. It even shared how many people had opposed short-term rentals in a preliminary confidential vote among owners. Simply outrageous!

The studio was very well equipped, and it did what I needed for the trip: provide a place to stay. My room didn’t face the avenue, so I avoided that noise. There’s no service to speak of; the place relies on its location and the nearby shops. Noise in the hallways went on constantly, even at night, and sometimes got in the way. Since my trip was short, it was manageable overall.
