Hostel Bauru

Great!

Awful. The WhatsApp service was great and polite, but in person the staff weren’t friendly or even polite. I didn’t have any problems with the room during my stay, but another guest who lives at the hostel showed religious intolerance. I let that go, but when I was checking out, the person in charge sent me a photo of the hostel bathroom and claimed I’d left it messy, even though I hadn’t even showered, I’d only fixed my hair. They said they’d checked the cameras and rudely announced, loud and clear, that it was me. I just left. The experience was horrible. Find somewhere else with good service.

I’m staying here now, and I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, well located, organized, and respectful. Very quiet and family friendly.

The bathroom water came out in a thick stream from the middle, very hot and in a small amount, so it was impossible to have a decent shower. There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night, and it was the man working at reception talking loudly for hours. The parking was poorly organized too. I’d rather pay more for somewhere I can enjoy properly.
