Breakfast was delicious, with great options, and the room itself was great too, clean sheets, a good shower, mattress, and pillow. But the garage spaces are much too narrow, and there was no water in the room. I checked in at 2 AM and didn't want to go out to buy any, so I had to drink tap water. I also wasn't told about an event that started at 7:30 AM. Lots of truck drivers were honking in the street. After checking in at 2 and falling asleep around 3, I woke at 7:30 to the noise of hundreds of trucks. Check-in and checkout felt like they were from the 1970s, very manual. They wrote down my license plate, which I don't usually have memorized, took a hard copy of my driver's license, raising questions for me about privacy and GDPR data protection, and made me fill out a paper form in ink.

I loved how tidy and secure everything felt, and the room service and breakfast were amazing. The table in the room with its light fixture made a big difference, and there was a fridge stocked with several things. It was a great experience, and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

The staff were nice, and the room seemed clean. The AC mattered a lot in Bauru city, and the free Wi-Fi worked fine. Everything else was working too, and I had no trouble during my stay. Breakfast was okay but didn't offer many choices. Overall, it's a good hotel for a fair price.
