The BB is clean and tucked away from the beach crowds and buggies, while still being close to the amenities you need. It’s a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Sr. VANDELINO and Dona Renata are great hosts, helping with whatever we needed, including arranging airport transport and trips to different beaches. 😀

The sunset from the Falésias is incredible, and the cliffs themselves are beautiful. Bring glasses to protect your eyes on the way down, because the wind blows sand into them near the bottom, which is a little uncomfortable. The descent leads to the sea, and you can walk around the beach to get back. But after 17h the tide starts coming in, and the water and waves make the shoreline route difficult, so you have to return by climbing the cliffs. It’s worth bringing a towel to sit on, along with drinks and snacks, and enjoy the view.
