Atrium Quinta de Pedras is officially a 3-star hotel, but it felt like a 4- or 5-star stay to me. The inner courtyard is beautiful and creates a calm, elegant place to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere. Hospitality was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the fresh coffee made in-house was excellent too. For me, it’s one of the best hotels in Pará state, with charm, comfort, authentic character, and exceptional service. A hidden gem in Belém, highly recommended.

The restaurant was a highlight, with local dishes and familiar options like pasta, meat or chicken, and fries if you don't feel adventurous. I'd try the fish or shrimp plates. It stays open until about 10-11 pm. There’s also a pool and an on-site massage spa. Ask the front desk whether the complimentary 15-minute massage is available, since I’m not sure that offer is always running. The hotel occupies a colonial-style building that’s been turned into a cozy little place. Rooms are spacious, though each is a bit different. My only real gripe was the dim bathroom lighting, but the shower was great.

We didn't explore the area around the hotel, but I’d happily stay here again. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the restaurant, artwork, and architecture. The courtyard was especially peaceful in the evening.

The room, bed, and shower were decent, but nothing more than that. I also found the service disappointing: when I asked reception for extra pillows, they said hotel policy allowed just one per guest. This feels like a three-star place to me, not five. The setting is a beautiful 19th-century building, with an outdoor pool and a very good restaurant serving local, Amazon-style food. There are also good dining options and tourist attractions nearby.
