The breakfast was the usual kind. Rooms are small, but clean and tidy, and the helpful staff provided excellent service. It’s a nice boutique hotel near the airport in Belem.

We were tired after being diverted from Manaus and needed somewhere to sleep, arriving at 7 in the morning. The stay looked cosy in general, but the check-in and checkout were painfully slow. With two people at the desk and just one other guest, checking out took 30 minutes. We nearly missed our new flight.

Getting to and from the airport was easy because Hotel Gran Amazon is so close by, and the transfer is included in the rate. The team was attentive and made the stay feel welcoming and efficient. Rooms were comfortable, everything was clean, and the price felt like good value. A great choice.
