The place is clean and well looked after, and the staff are attentive. Eliete at reception was especially kind.

I paid a very attractive rate, and the hotel met my expectations. It’s quiet and well located, close to Avenida Pres Vargas and plenty of shops. The facilities are new and everything worked, including the TV, air conditioning, bathroom and minibar. The receptionists promptly handled what I asked for. They told me breakfast cost extra, so I skipped it and can’t comment on it.

The Wi-Fi was pretty bad in the room I stayed in, and the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast. Its central location makes it easy to reach the bus station or airport. If you’re there on a weekend, though, avoid walking around at night. Getting an Uber can also be difficult then, depending on the time.

The stay was comfortable and the hotel was good, but one of the attendants needs to improve how he deals with guests. At inconvenient hours, he leaves people waiting outside the door. The area there seems a bit dangerous, with many drug users around.
