The older lady there was so nice and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are quite simple, but tidy and smell fresh. Breakfast was tasty too. It's close to everything, including shopping malls, the bus station, supermarkets and squares, and Uber rides from the hotel to those places are cheap. I definitely recommend it and will stay there again when I'm back in Belém.

We were seven people and had nowhere to stay after an unexpected problem. At 3:20 in the morning on October 11, I prayed to Virgem de Nazaré, opened the app and found the number for Hotel Porto da Lua. I called without even checking the time. She answered right away and said we could come over and she'd figure something out. They welcomed all seven of us so warmly. I'm deeply grateful.

Dona Brigida and her assistant are lovely, and the hospitality was a 10/10. The place also has a very family-like atmosphere. My single room had a mattress that felt much worse than it should, with the bed frame pressing into my back. I can't say whether all the rooms have bad mattresses, but mine did, and replacing them would make the stay much better. I didn't get to try breakfast because I left early. The room had a smart TV or monitor, WiFi and air conditioning.

The location is good, but the room was uncomfortable and the bed was poor. For the price, it's really not worth it.

I had a really good stay. The staff, breakfast and location were all great. I'd recommend it to everyone!
