Mr. Rafael speaks excellent English, and Mr. Elmo helped me get an Uber for a zoo trip with my 2-year-old son. He checked we had the right car and spoke with the driver. The receptionists were all kind and attentive. Our room faced the street, with a great view, so the bar noise, especially on Friday night, was expected. They offered us another room, but I stayed put because I had cleaned and sanitized ours. The hotel is old, and I think management should pay more attention to cleanliness. Still, we had a wonderful stay, and the budget price included a basic but good breakfast. Thank you very much!

The bed linen, furniture, and breakfast were terrible, and the Wi-Fi was awful too. This hotel was disgusting. If you can stay somewhere else, do it!

The area has lots of bars, and the road gets very noisy. The place was okay, but nothing special.
