Hotel Boulevard Plaza

Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices to suit different tastes. My room was spotless, well cared for, and had the essentials for a comfortable stay. The window view was breathtaking and made the atmosphere feel calm and relaxing. A truly wonderful stay!

The room itself was clean and the air conditioning was strong, but the place feels run down despite the photos. The carpet is old, and the TV doesn't work properly. Staff know about the issue, yet the hotel hasn't fixed it. If you care about the details, you may be disappointed.

The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, and I enjoyed the mountain view from the top floor. Breakfast was included and had a good range of food. The pool was more like a tiny pond, and the gym was cramped, with little equipment and no ventilation. The room Wi-Fi was too slow for laptop work, so I had to use the lobby several times.

Both of our rooms were fresh, clean, and completely free of unpleasant smells. The beds were comfy too. The rooftop pool is small, but my family enjoyed it, and Uber rides around here were quick and cheap. I especially appreciated the honesty: I lost my gold bracelet in the pool, and they called us three days after we checked out to return it once it was found. The lobby looks nice, though it's small, dark, and uncomfortable. I wished breakfast had more options, but I'm not Brazilian and it's a Brazilian breakfast, so fair enough. The night receptionist kept giving us wrong answers, including about the air conditioner. We told the day guy it was broken, and a repair person showed up in literally two minutes and explained it was set to fan rather than cooling.
