The rooms and location are great, and Christian’s service was exceptional. But when I needed to change my reservation, the other receptionists couldn’t sort out something that should’ve been very simple. A really sad experience.
8/10
The rooms are good, and it’s very close to the airport. The service wasn’t as good, though. They say the restaurant is open 24/7, but it wasn’t available around the clock, not even for snacks.

Top, top.
