Caesar Business Belo Horizonte Belvedere Managed by Mercure

I’m often in hotels for work, and after this recent extended stay I’d gladly return to The Caesar Business Belo. The team did a lot to make me feel welcome and supported, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The conference crew were great too. A lovely lady brought us snacks every day, and a super friendly man was there each morning with a huge smile.

Whenever I travel from Canada to Belo Horizonte, I make a point of staying here, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the food is excellent. What really makes the difference is how warmly and respectfully the whole team treats guests, with genuine care and attention. Thiago, the hotel manager, and Marcos, who helps with the luggage, are especially kind and welcoming. They make you feel like family.

Breakfast was the highlight, outstanding every morning. I barely spent time at the hotel on this business trip, but the front desk staff were professional and spoke English, and the internet was fast. Thanks for cleaning the room each day, and the shower was great and bed comfortable. There were some frustrations. The air conditioner broke on the first day and the room got very hot. It was fixed, but then it was too cold for the rest of my stay. I got the minimum number of towels each day, and my key was deactivated twice, so after long days I had to go to the lobby to get it reprogrammed. Bottled drinking water should be provided without charge. Also, the smoking spot by the front doorway was very unpleasant and should be moved farther away.
