The staff were really helpful, and I had a very good stay. One thing to know: the shower in my room had no hot water. It was so hot outside that this didn’t bother me, though it could be a problem in winter.

I’d recommend this place. It’s close to a supermarket, shopping, and restaurants. The reception staff and the cleaning lady were warm and friendly, and everyone did what they could to keep me comfortable after my surgery. Breakfast was simple but had what I needed. I knew when I booked that parking would cost extra, though I still didn’t like that.

We arrived for check-in on November 18, 2025, and they couldn’t find our reservation. After a long wait, we were sent to a room that already had another couple in it. The receptionist tried to move us, but the system wouldn’t accept the change, so we lost more time waiting. The next room was dirty, with an unmade bed, used bedding, trash, and dirty towels in the bathroom. I’m posting photos. We eventually got checked in, but it was a real struggle.

The main issue was the room cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The hygiene felt pretty superficial. Apart from that, I liked my stay: the hotel has a good location and facilities, a great gym, and a breakfast with plenty of variety. The room was a decent size, and reception was always courteous and available.
