You can walk everywhere from here, from the Giant Wheel to Marco dos Corais, and past Feirinha da Pajuçara and Pavilhão do Artesanato. The best restaurants and beach kiosks are nearby, along with supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and much more. Best place to stay in Ponta Verde, with great value for money.
It was so peaceful, you could hardly tell there were neighbors, and we had wonderful days of rest. Everything was well organized, and the doormen were always attentive. We had a wonderful stay.
The apartments are a good size for a couple, with a bedroom and living room, and they’re very close to the beach. There are two elevators. The building is on a busy avenue, which makes getting into the parking lot quite difficult.
The apartment was spotless, and the staff were helpful and polite. There’s a small gym, pool, barbecue area, party room, garden, and two elevators. Some apartments also have balconies. The location is great, close to the beach, supermarkets, bakeries, schools, pharmacies, a hairdresser, a bank, the craft fair and pavilion, bars, restaurants, a steakhouse, a pub, a lottery shop, post office, and general stores.
The doormen provide great service, and the location is convenient, very close to the beach.
