Wonderful atmosphere, clean and organized, and close to everything. All the front desk staff were very polite. Some apartments have an incredible view.

We paid 4500 reais for 13 days in apartment 304, rented from Ms. Isabelle through Booking.com, and spent more than half the stay without basic services. There was no electricity for two days, no gas for one, no water for one, and no internet for five. The owner had been told days before we arrived that pipes throughout the building needed replacing, so she knew about the gas issue. None of the problems were fixed, and she ignored our messages. Booking.com also took no responsibility. We believe the mattress had dust mites because we’re covered in rashes. At check-in, Ms. Isabelle left the keys under a hallway rug, but the rug was gone when we checked out. She didn’t tell us where to leave the keys, so we had to improvise and leave them on a sign. I’ve included photos of the listing and attached all the evidence. Ms. Isabelle is a disgrace and a fraud.
