Bene Beach - Guarujá

Getting to Praia de Pernambuco and Praia do Mar Casado was easy, just a five-minute walk at most. The Shopping Jequiti and Pão de Açúcar are practically across the street, which made it simple to get what we needed. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help, and breakfast was generous and thoughtfully prepared. Pousada Bene Beach felt peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming, with a cozy, family-like atmosphere. We stayed over the May 1 holiday, and the whole experience was just perfect. A great spot in Guarujá for some quiet and comfort. I'll definitely come back.

Even though they refunded the money, the manager took a long time to call back, which made a stressful situation worse. After driving about three hours from Alphaville with my girlfriend and two stepchildren, we arrived to find the reservation entered for March 29-30, instead of our agreed March 28-29 stay. I'd arranged those dates with the attendant on WhatsApp in advance and paid 50% on March 24. I still have the messages and payment proof. We managed to find another inn at the last minute, but the mix-up threw our plans off. The place itself has a good structure, yet the stay experience was extremely negative. I strongly recommend reviewing the reservation process and internal communication so this doesn't happen again. I don't plan to return, and mistakes like this could cost them other guests too.

The pool was lovely, with water at a really pleasant temperature, and the beds were great. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The inn is well located, with excellent facilities that felt very comfortable. The owner and staff were unusually friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Our room was spotless and neatly arranged, and breakfast was wonderful, with everything set out nicely. Giselle and Bruna at reception were polite and kind, gave us great service, and showed us to the room. The housekeeper Lu was just as courteous and helpful. Everything was in great shape. It was the best weekend I've ever had with my family. I'm so grateful to the staff, and we'll be back soon! 😍🥰💕
