They need to explain more about the rooms. The new ones were built without a proper plan, and the bathroom is tiny, around 2 m². There isn’t even a decent spot to use the toilet.

The hosts treated us well, but the stay itself fell short and wasn’t worth the price. The room we were offered was very small, with a tiny bathroom and a shower stall that barely fit one person. Our Booking reservation had been confirmed in the app, with payment due at the accommodation, as had happened for me many times before. When we arrived, we learned it had been cancelled over WhatsApp. They’d messaged an old number listed on Booking and got no reply, but that wasn’t my number anymore. The cancellation wasn’t shown in the app, and they hadn’t contacted us by email or app chat or cancelled through the platform. Since we were already there and had another commitment coming up, we accepted a different room they had available. Breakfast was really poor. At 8:30 on the first morning there was hardly any food left, and the coffee was cold. The next day there was more on the table but little choice, stale bread, and processed ham and mortadella.

The bathrooms were cramped, and the breakfast was stale and bad. For the price, it should have been more pleasant. The beds felt like they had fleas, since I woke up itching all over.

Never again. I’ve never stayed anywhere so bad. They opened an inn without investing in the basics, especially the beds. Everything felt improvised, the beds were falling apart and the mattresses were awful. I tried three different rooms, and all three were terrible. Breakfast was a disgrace. It felt like the kind of place where all they want is to make money, since the nightly rate is the same as much better places.
