My stay wasn't bad, but a few things need more attention. The staff were excellent, and I would come back. When I noticed the bed upholstery was torn, I called reception because guests are expected to pay for damage to the property, and I felt the room shouldn't have been handed over already damaged. The very attentive receptionist sent a housekeeper to suite n27. She took photos and apologized, and reception offered to move me, but I declined. I took photos of the problems as I found them during my stay: the lights by the disco light fixture didn't work, one light inside the jacuzzi was out, and the bidet spray leaked water across the bathroom. The headboard upholstery and mattress upholstery were torn, the toilet had no sanitation seal, and the bathroom walls weren't cleaned very well. I gave it four stars because the place isn't bad, it just needs more attention.

The place was clean, comfortable, and very well organized, with a good range of well-prepared, quality food. The whole team was discreet and professional, which made things feel private and peaceful. Nayane at reception was especially polite, friendly, and professional, and really made a difference. Congratulations on the work, I highly recommend it!
