The attendants were really friendly, but the place was the least bad option we found for an overnight stay while traveling. There's no sound insulation, and the music goes on loudly until late. If you're traveling and need a night's sleep, keep looking. Breakfast was so-so. The air conditioning had no controls and only blew cold air. The sound system reminded me of one my late father had when I was a child, many years ago. It wasn't a very pleasant stay.

I went there on 30/03/25 at around 21:00 for my first visit. At the entrance, I asked the attendant if they were listed in Guia de Motéis because I couldn't find them. She said they were, then called someone and apparently a manager told her to say that if I hadn't found it, there was no way to get a discount. Nobody offered to help me sort it out, so I left and went somewhere else. I'll never go back.

The place was filthy, and they gave people dirty blankets. It's disgusting. We paid for a room and expected at least some level of quality, not somewhere dirty with what looked like bodily fluids on things. Someone should call the health inspection authorities.
