The view was wonderful, and I liked the architecture and its style. It’s well located, near shopping Del Rey and other nice places. The front desk service could be better. For some reason it’s almost entirely remote, with nobody there to help in person. The room also felt very basic, though they’re renovating the others, so that may improve in future.

There’s no private parking, but the street felt very quiet and safe, and we had no trouble parking there any of the days. It’s also close to Shopping del Rey. This is a simple, well-organized inn with no luxury, but it delivers what it promises. The room was clean, comfortable for resting, and everything was in order, including a good bed and a quiet atmosphere. Self check-in worked well and was easy. Communication by WhatsApp before and during the stay was clear, quick, and polite. It’s good value for company business stays. If you want an honest, clean, peaceful place without expecting a luxury hotel, I recommend it. I’d happily return.

The kitchen was really cramped, with dirty utensils, no cupboards for food, and no table or chairs for meals. There’s nothing nearby either.

The accommodation wasn’t very comfortable, and the bathroom was really small. Then, near the end of our stay, we lost internet.

Dona Cida was attentive and very helpful, which made the stay more comfortable. The inn itself was comfortable and good value, and it’s well located, with Shopping Del Rey within walking distance.
