The thin walls made it impossible for us to sleep. We could hear the man next door watching videos and laughing until 3am. The room also looked nothing like the pictures and had almost nothing in it. When I asked the rude man at reception for hot water for my tea, he ignored us at first and then treated me badly. We arrived at night on the 26th of June. The other staff were nice, and breakfast was decent by Brazilian standards. It’s probably the best hotel near the bus station, but I’d call it two stars at most. I’d have given three stars if they hadn’t claimed it was a 4 stars hotel. There wasn’t even an electric kettle.
6/10
The room had enough space, with a TV, aircon, and fridge, and the shower had strong pressure. Nearby there’s a good coffee place, a fried pizza restaurant, a supermarket, and other cafes. The hotel also has a small pool, sauna, and gym. The Wi-Fi was poor, and we had to get our key cards reset every day. The gym and sauna are badly in need of renovation.
8/10
Maybe it was just my room, but it felt cramped, and so did the bathroom. They may be trying to fit in more beds to add sleeping spots, but the way they’re arranged leaves even less space.
10/10
The location is great, close to the main avenues and the mercado muncipal there. The rooms were excellent, the service polite, and breakfast was rich.
10/10
The staff were efficient, and everything was clean and well organized. It’s an excellent place.
