The breakfast was unbelievable, and the rooms were cozy, comfortable, and had an amazing view. There's a jacuzzi and a gym too. The location is great, with restaurants nearby, including Caldeira restaurant, which was an incredible experience.

The breakfast is great, the price feels fair, and the location works well. Staff are friendly, even if service can be slow. But the street noise made it hard to sleep, with cars and motorcycles going by all night and the single-pane windows letting it all in. Inside, the clean, adequate rooms feel stark, with no decor and harsh white lighting. There are also too few elevators. After breakfast, with a crowd waiting, I tried the stairs and had a hard time finding them.

The room was clean and nice, and the shower was good. Staff were very attentive, and parking was available. The location was nice too.

I had a terrible stay here with an associate. The front desk staff joked that I was the slave and my caucasian associate was the slave owner because I'm dark-skinned. Given Brazil's history of racism and elitism, that was especially awful. The staff were rude and spoke little to no English. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially anyone dark like me. Institutions like this shouldn't be in business.

What I appreciated most was that the hotel welcomes pets. The room was comfortable and had a nice view, and the staff were very kind and helpful.
