The staff were really friendly.

Getting around was easy, and that was the main plus. You can walk to several places, with a restaurant on the next block and a market and burger place nearby. Some employees were very polite, though others weren’t. The hotel itself didn’t match the photos on the app and websites. The facilities are very old, our air conditioning gave us trouble, and one bed had a broken leg. The reception’s air conditioning didn’t work, or at least wasn’t turned on during any of our days there, which made it almost unbearable to stay in that area. The pool was usable, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and it wasn’t suitable for children. There’s no bathroom by the pool, which is absurd. Breakfast had little variety and was the same every day. We managed to stay the full seven days we’d planned, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The staff were friendly and attentive, though there seemed to be very few of them. I saw at most about five during the three days we were there. Room cleaning also wasn’t done daily, so you have to ask reception for it. I needed an iron and they lent me one. The room was comfortable enough for sleeping, and the old bathroom still had a hot shower that met our needs. But the hotel is very basic, more for people passing through town, and I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than two days. Breakfast was very weak, with few food choices. By the third day the pool had turned completely green and couldn’t be used. One part is 2.40 meters deep, with no divider, and the sloping section is slippery and leads straight down, so parents need to watch their kids closely. With a better breakfast selection and daily pool cleaning, I’d give it five stars. Those things really let the place down.

The hotel is well located, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The rooms are old but clean. One room’s TV didn’t work at first, and there was only one working outlet, far from the beds. The others didn’t work. Breakfast was tasty, but we had problems with the pool. It was quite green and very deep, reaching 2.40 meters. A sloped section leading to the deep end was slippery, and someone in our family fell. For a pool that deep, there should have been someone supervising the area, but there wasn’t. We only saw one staff member during the day, then someone else took over at night.
