No minibar or water dispenser, and there wasn't any breakfast either. On top of that, the receptionist was rude and made a snide remark about me in Spanish, apparently thinking I wouldn't understand. The way she acted made it seem like I was asking for a favor, even though I was paying. A really awful experience.

The bedding was old and dirty, and the bathrooms were filthy. The towels were old too, though somehow they were clean. Service made me feel as if I wasn't paying for my stay, and there was no breakfast despite the listing saying it was included. It was the worst experience of my life. I only stayed because it was late and I'd already paid through Booking. Otherwise, I would've turned around and left.

If you're trying to save money on a stay in Boa Vista, this is a solid option. The rooms are comfortable and have Netflix, and they provide internet and parking. Service was good, and the price feels fair for what's offered.
