The rooms are simple and fairly budget friendly. We paid 300r for two nights while waiting for our flight, and it was good value. The hotel arranged housekeeping while we were out, without telling us in advance, which felt very strange. When we got back from lunch, our valuables had been left out on the bed. We also found the double spring mattress very hard to manage for me, my wife, and our two year old. There's not much nearby, and the closest restaurant is a 10 minute walk. They don't serve breakfast. This was my second visit to Boa Vista, five years after the first, and the place had hardly changed apart from the staff. They offered to exchange USD for reais at a much better rate than we got back home.

Showers didn't seem to have hot water, though the temperature was still bearable. Breakfast was included and tasty. The rooms are nice for the price, which is hard to beat, but since you pay by the night, staff ask for money whenever you come and go.

We were only passing through, and for the money the service was excellent. The owner greeted us warmly, and the rooms had the basics and were comfortable and clean. It's central, near a supermarket, pharmacies, bars, and a main avenue, and the airport is close too.
