Cachoeiras Serra Da Bodoquena

The tour was supposed to cover lunch, swimming in the natural water, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and other activities. They said everything was cancelled because of rain two days earlier, though I was told that morning I could still have lunch. I wasn't allowed to cancel and get my money back, even though they had cancelled the activities. I was left at their remote site for four hours with nothing to do. It was only R$40, but the amount isn't the point. The issue is the honesty and the credit. Who wants to spend four hours somewhere remote just for lunch? On top of that, some activities were available, but I had to pay extra for them. A horrible experience with a very dishonest owner or agency.
