I spent 10 days at the chácara with my family, and we ran into one problem after another. One bedroom’s fan didn’t work, which was rough in that heat, and the house was dirty when we arrived, so we had to clean it ourselves. The window screens were all torn, too. None of the refrigerators closed properly because their seals were loose. Put together, they weren’t even worth one working fridge. We tried tying them shut, but still ended up buying ice almost every day. The pool was dirty from day one, then got worse until it turned green and couldn’t be used. We were without it for three days. We reported everything to Claudionor, but he never seemed concerned about fixing any of it. We didn’t pay a small amount, and didn’t even get basic attention. I don’t recommend staying here.

We found this place because we needed somewhere easy for my brother to go skydiving. There were 15 of us, and we had a really fun, incredible weekend together.
