The restaurant serves delicious food, with generous portions at good prices. The place has the amenities it advertises, but towels and sheets are changed only if you ask, and then you have to change them yourself. They don't remove the trash or provide room service. The indoor pool has far too much chlorine. The smell is so strong that you can't even stand there.

This was our fourth stay, and we’ve always liked the location right by the sand, the spectacular view, and the entertainment options like the pools, heated pool, and kids’ area. The scenery is still gorgeous, and the location is hard to match. 😻 This time, though, we were disappointed with the hotel’s condition. It urgently needs maintenance and a more thorough clean. There was slime and mold in many places, damaged furniture in the rooms, and our room wasn’t cleaned well and smelled musty. We also had some unpleasant interactions with hotel staff. They urgently need training in customer service.

The location is good and the facilities seem nice, but there’s a lot that needs fixing and cleaning. Water leaked in the bathroom and inside the kitchen sink, and the apartment, especially the bathroom, was poorly cleaned. We didn’t pay little for it, and there are enough small problems inside to make you wish for sunny weather so you can stay out as much as possible. The outdoor pools weren’t clean. The heated indoor pool had mold on the walls and dirty water. I didn’t go through the other areas to judge them, but even a quick look suggested they weren’t clean either.

The views from this lovely place are hard to beat, though getting there is difficult. The hills and valleys look picturesque, but after a few days the terrain gets tiring. The apartment has pretty standard amenities and didn't disappoint. Recommended.
