We felt really comfortable, and the facilities were very comfortable too. The place is beautiful, has everything, and the service was very good. It’s right by the sea and in the center of Bombinhas, an excellent location. We’ll definitely come back! I’m only taking off a star because they were meant to change the towels and sheets but never showed up, even after I complained to the real estate agency.
The communal pool area was clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after swimming in the sea. Guest service was very friendly, and the amenities were excellent. The apartments are modern, safe, comfortable, and very spacious, with air conditioning in every room. An excellent complex. Highly recommended, and I’d return!
The bracelet rules were ridiculous. You have to wear one and aren’t allowed to take it off. I’ve never been forced to wear a bracelet anywhere else in the world, and it drove me crazy. On top of that, all the pools were dirty and the hot tubs weren’t even working.
The apartments are modern, secure, comfortable, and very spacious, with air conditioning in every room. They’re well equipped and well located, and there’s private parking. Some units have their own jacuzzis. Staff are very attentive, and the shared pool area is clean and comfortable, great for unwinding after a swim in the sea. Highly recommended.
