Mariscal Flat

We were very happy with our stay at Flat Mariscal 🫶. The area is quiet and feels safe, so even though the parking isn't enclosed, we sometimes left the car on the street without any trouble. Everything was modern, new, and in great shape, and the rooms were lovely. The woman who welcomed us was especially helpful. The only things missing are an elevator and a washing machine. Carrying everything upstairs was a bit of a hassle on the first day, but after that the lack of an elevator wasn't a big deal. The washer is something that could be sorted out too. I'd rate it 8 out of 10 because of those two small issues.

The apartment was spotless, with everything looking new. The sheets and towels were excellent, and the bathroom was lovely, bright, and comfortable. It also felt very safe. I loved the place. It's modern and super cute, with a beautiful balcony and a grill. The air conditioning, fridge, microwave, stovetop, TV, internet, and everything else were all clean.

I stayed three nights and really liked both the apartment and its location, near the beach, a market, and restaurants. The building is still being renovated, and we did have to complain about noise one day, but it was taken care of quickly. I had originally booked Mariscal Flat for New Year's 2024/2025, but after a fall I couldn't travel. I let the owner know, and they promptly offered me the chance to reschedule. We stayed in touch through 2025, and because of renovations at the building, I was only able to book a new date for November 2025. A few things could be improved: larger pots, a dish rack, detergent and a sponge, hangers, cleaner bedding since the pillowcases smelled bad, and covered parking.

Cintia was excellent, and the place is beautiful and well located. The apartment is small and comfortable for two, but three people would be extremely cramped. They advertise grills, but they don't have them. I think only the downstairs apartments have grills, so check before going, especially if that's important to you as an Argentinian. The kitchen has almost none of the basic utensils you'd need to cook over a longer stay. There's no colander, grater, serving dish, or salad bowl, and just two tiny pots.
