I stayed for a month and can say from experience that the place has everything needed for a peaceful visit. The property is very comfortable and only a few steps from the beach. Seu Rogério is so friendly and always willing to help with any guidance you need. I was very pleased, and plan to return when I can. A 10 out of 10! 👍

My wife, son, and I stayed in apartment number 04 and loved it. The place has everything you need for your stay, except bed linen, which didn't bother us since we always bring our own. It’s very close to the beach, and you can rent with confidence. There are steps and no accessibility. Seu Rogério, the owner who lives there, is extremely courteous and attentive. He makes guests feel comfortable and is always available, even for a chat. Such a lovely person. We loved the experience and will certainly return!

We stayed in Edícula 04, which was spotless and had all the appliances we needed. It’s very close to the seafront, too. Sr. Rogério was so attentive. We’ll definitely come back, and I highly recommend it.
