Pedro checked us in and was friendly and professional. He gave us useful advice for choosing activities for our three days, which helped since there are so many interesting day trips around Bonito. The hostel also works as a travel agency, and the staff can book tours through Bonito's central booking system. The reception team were very helpful throughout. Common areas are great, with a well-kept pool, and the kitchen staff make a fantastic breakfast that's included in the price. Our room was small but comfortable. It's a little out of town, though the center is a nice 15-minute walk away. The friendly people working here were the best part of our stay.

Breakfast was decent, but my stay left me with a bad feeling about traveling in Brazil. I paid the accommodation for a tour package and a van to Campo Grande all together. Before paying, I checked twice with the female employee that transport to Campo Grande was included. Then, on the day I was due to return, the staff said the vehicle hadn't been paid for. I had to pay again for the one-night stay and the vehicle, and could only leave the next day. I can't understand why they handled it that way. The following day I took the bus to Campo Grande. I wanted to go to the terminal, but the driver dropped me at the airport without telling me that would happen. Repeated experiences like this in an unfamiliar place are unpleasant. It was rainy and very cold during my stay, yet there was no hot water. Despite the cold, the air conditioner was set to run automatically from 10 PM to 6 AM. This may reflect just my own experience, and I hope people considering a stay will read other reviews before deciding.

A clean, pleasant hostel with a pool and a fun open-air common area. It's a little out of the way, but they serve dinner there too. I'd stay again.

I had a great time here. It's one of the few budget places in bonito, and the shared space is spacious, with a pool, hammocks, and areas to relax. The rooms are fine, with roomy lockers and an outlet for everyone. Staff are very helpful with the tours and give good recommendations. It's somewhat outside the city, but still manageable.
