The location was lovely, but after seven nights here with my two boys and my mother, I came away disappointed by almost everything else. The hot water in the bathroom was unpredictable, there was no cable TV, and the Wi-Fi was unusable. I reported the connection problem to reception several times and was always told they were looking into it, but I still couldn't log in when we left. You also had to register each device every 24 hours, four times over for our group. They say there's a restaurant on site, but there isn't, and the bar food was awful. Service was poor and responses were slow. Towels for outings cost extra. Breakfast was bland, the hot buffet was cold every day, the bread was hard, and I'm not even sure the coffee was coffee. Sleeping past 6:45 was impossible because the cleaning staff dragged bedroom furniture across the tiled floor at that time every morning. The place is run so poorly that it doesn't match the prices. If you want to relax and have hot water, decent coffee, cable TV, good food, and Wi-Fi, stay elsewhere.

There are four different pools in a big pool area, plus a nice bar with a good range of drinks and very friendly staff. The hotel is large, and the rooms are simple but spacious and clean. Breakfast is generous, especially the sweets.

The parking spaces are very tight, and there still aren't enough for all the guests. Service is good, though poolside service can take a while. Family rooms are too small. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows aren't, and the shower isn't great. The floor gets quite slippery, and the internet is slow and poor.

The inner area and pool are beautiful, and breakfast has lots of variety. There's also a top floor where you can watch the sunrise and hear birds chirping all around. The service was great, with breakfast times scheduled around everyone's plans for the day. Our only letdown was the hotel's restaurant over inner. It apparently has an award-winning chef, but the food was quite bland and far from what we expected.

The staff were really good and professional, and breakfast was good too. But the internet was awful, with very low bandwidth, and it was hard to use or even log in. I wouldn't stay again.
