Eco Pousada Villa Verde

Really top-notch.

The staff were excellent, and there’s parking inside the property. The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning. The place looked just like the photos, and the price felt fair for the city. The bathroom has no shower enclosure. The pool was a little cold, but that didn’t get in the way.

We were looked after really well, and breakfast was delicious, with banana, orange, and chocolate cakes. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the air conditioning got nice and cold, and the TV had good channels. There’s a hammock area out back near the jackfruit tree, and some parking spaces are shaded.

The breakfast attendants were the best part for me. They were so attentive and tried hard to make guests happy. Breakfast itself was average, though the homemade cakes were tasty. The place has a good setting among lots of trees and plants, but they look neglected, with no proper pruning or care, and the hotel gives an abandoned impression. The facilities are only reasonable. My room had no mirror, and the towels were unattractive, old, and dingy. There’s a shower in the bathroom, but it doesn’t work. There should be a mat at the room entrance because we had to step on dirt before going in. It’s a good place, but the property needs general maintenance.
