The peaceful setting among the wilderness is wonderful, but at $330 a night I expected more comfortable places to relax. There were few armchairs or loungers, and even the chalet balconies had no comfortable chairs. The metal chairs and sofa inside weren't comfortable either. Dinner on the half-board plan was just one plate chosen from three options, with no drinks included. They also made rum cocktails with a lighter liquor without telling us, then charged extra for two small bottles of water, which seemed unreasonable at that price. The setting is lovely, but the stay didn't feel worth the cost. Nobody seemed interested in hearing feedback about our experience.

The sound of the waterfall and the clear river made this place feel like a little paradise in nature. I was welcomed so warmly and attentively that I felt at home. Everyone was courteous and kind, always ready to make things special. The rooms and every corner of the property were spotless and clearly well cared for. Such a beautiful, peaceful place. I left with wonderful memories and hope to come back soon.
