The rustic setting feels welcoming and family-like, so it's easy to feel at home. I found it ideal for resting and taking in the surroundings. It's a lovely place to slow down, find some peace, and recharge among nature.

I've been to Recanto do Nenê more than five times, for both relaxing and having fun with friends, and every stay has given me memorable moments. Talita, Antônio and Ney are such warm hosts that you leave feeling you've made friends for life. There are only four rooms, which makes the pousada feel intimate. The rooms are spacious, with a lovely bed and high ceilings that keep the nights cool even in very hot weather. The bathrooms are big too, big enough for a baby bathtub. We brought one once! The common area has a pool, a fully equipped gourmet space, and lots of greenery and quiet. It's a great spot to put your problems aside and enjoy real life. Everything was clean, and it's close to plenty of attractions. If paradise exists, it might be right here. Come see this place!

The hosts were very kind and helpful, and I would definitely recommend the stay. It was a pleasant experience for the price. The mattress felt too soft, though, and made my back curve when I lay down. There were also lots of bats making noise in the roof, so sealing the openings would be a good idea.
