OZPED Flats Particulares Kubitschek Plaza

Patrick at the front desk was fantastic. He gave me useful tips on where to eat and go, and his service is the reason I’d rate the hotel four stars instead of three. The hotel is a little older, though the rooms are spacious. There were no wash towels, the shampoo bottle stayed empty for all three days, and the old towels smelled strange.

The breakfast was the best part of my stay. The hotel itself was good, but I couldn’t sleep any of the nights because the bed was much too firm for someone used to a medium or soft mattress. Reception told me all the mattresses are standard. Good luck!

I’ve stayed here maybe three times, and everything has been perfect each time. Everyone is very nice, especially Patrick at reception. He’s always kind and helpful. Thank you so much, Patrick! :)

Patrick at the front desk was phenomenal. He arranged my ironing and dinner at Fogo de Chao, including free drinks.
