Everything was immaculate, from the very clean room to the sparkling pool and the rest of the facilities. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was well organized, fresh, and had plenty of variety. The pousada is conveniently located near tourist sights, pharmacies, and convenience stores, and we arrived by car and felt secure with the safety the pousada provides. The whole team was welcoming, cheerful, and helpful, and the facilities were just as wonderful. I’m grateful for such a warm reception. It made my stay in this paradise memorable.

The dining area and pool are both very pleasant, and the service was very good. The pousada is in a great location and has secure parking. My only issue was that all the rooms are on the first floor, reached by stairs, which could be difficult if someone in your group is elderly. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The breakfast was fantastic, with excellent food. Look at the photos and decide for yourself. We loved our whole stay and recommend this place without hesitation. We were welcomed so warmly that we even got a welcome drink. The room was clean, and the pool, restaurant, and bar were all very good. We visited in May 2025.

The staff were always polite, smiling and helpful, and they suggested places to visit around town. The inn is also surrounded by plenty of options, including restaurants, a bakery, a dessert shop, sushi and a pharmacy. Inside, everything was clean and fairly quiet, with soft background music. The room had a soundproof window, minibar, smart TV with lots of options, air conditioning, a spacious comfortable bathroom, a dining table and a balcony. The breakfast menu was fresh, and the bed and bath linens were clean. It’s right by the road, so I’d recommend having a car to explore different places during your stay.

We spent five days here and I fell in love with the place. The pool area was clean and well organized, and both the restaurant food and breakfast were delicious. I got hooked on the cuscuz and have tried making it at home, but mine just isn’t the same. Our room was clean, peaceful and a good size. The staff were attentive in every situation. We’ll come back whenever we can. Pousada Barra de Maragogi is wonderful for us. We’re from Campo grande MS.
