It's an okay place to stay, as long as you don't expect much. The underground rooms have no windows, just AC, and I'm not sure when its filter was last cleaned. The food is a definite no.

The kitchen and restaurant were clean, and breakfast was okay. My room itself was fine, but the ground floor was noisy, so I had to ask to move upstairs. There were only a few outlets, none near the bed. The bathroom had cracks and mold, and the tap and shower valve were broken. The shower was cold.

The staff were really nice and friendly, which was the best part of the hotel. The rest made the week frustrating. Our key cards stopped working several times, and we'd have to go downstairs to get staff to reset them. That's especially annoying after a long day when you just want to rest. Security also felt weak compared with other hotels in Brasilia: anyone could use the elevators and go to any floor. Other hotels in the DF require a room card. Breakfast had few options, and the eggs were cold. They served sausages one day, which I liked, then stopped on the other days, so it wasn't consistent. Wi-Fi didn't work on the third floor. A hotel in this city, especially one serving business travelers, needs working Wi-Fi. The owners should invest more in improvements. I won't stay here again.

The breakfast was really good, and the hotel itself is pretty ordinary. I was on the first floor, where the Wi-Fi wasn't good. For the price, it could be better.
