Quality Hotel & Suites Brasilia

The hotel is in a great location, and breakfast was really good. But I got sick during my stay and spent a day in bed trying to recover with Netflix. The connection was poor, so I asked for help, and the technicians ended up blocking Netflix on the TV. I wouldn’t expect that at a 4-star hotel, though maybe that’s just my opinion. They also charged me 7 reais for every cup of tea. I had several to keep warm. I hope management will consider making some improvements. This isn’t a small-town hotel.

The rooms are fine, but finding the right building was a hassle. It’s a group of hotels with little signage and shared parking, and better directions from the welcome staff could have saved me a long walk around the blocks looking for my building and apartment. The keys didn’t seem to work well either. Lucas also tried to charge me extra even though I’d already paid the booking in full.

The staff are always around, friendly, and attentive to both details and my needs. They’ve taken every chance to make my stay comfortable, and with another week left, I’m sure the good experience will continue. So far, this has been one of my best hotel stays in Brazil. The location made getting to work and visiting friends and family nearby easy, while keeping me away from the crowds of Setor Hoteleiro. It’s next to Shopping station and close to Candangolândia, EPNB, and the airport. One room issue: the magnetic keys are very sensitive to wireless radiation, so I had to get them re-encoded every day, which wasn’t ideal. Still, the hotel is fantastic, and I’d happily stay here again with my wife and kid. Well done, guys!
