Sateltour Apart Hotel

This is at the Lake side Residence As Norte.

Okay.

If we’d rented a cell, I’d give it five stars, since at least it has hot water and a bathroom. But for a flat in a well-rated hotel, what I found was deplorable. Every pillow was moldy, and there was no blanket. They only mentioned that at check-in, with nothing about it in the listings. The Wi-Fi password they gave me didn’t work. The room had mismatched bulb colors, some with exposed wiring, and hardly any outlets. The curtain was dirty and moldy, and a yellowed, moldy single mattress was hidden behind it. The bathroom soap holder was broken, with soap residue left by the previous guest. The mattress is so old that when you lie down, you can feel a dip pulling you toward the middle of the bed. All the walls were dirty and badly painted. I wonder how long it’s been since they maintained this room, since even the ceiling has poorly finished patches of plaster. I’ll share some photos as evidence of the place, to warn others about what to expect from this flat rental network’s reception.

A terrible experience. The room was dirty, the towels smelled bad, the chairs were in poor condition, and the curtains were rotten. I should have taken photos to prove I really did stay in a flat managed by you. Your name was written in pen on every towel and set of bed linen. On top of the awful room, you handled criticism just as badly. I’m not going to review a different host, because Sateltour was my host. Don’t try to discredit guests to turn around their reviews. Improve the service and you’ll get positive reviews.
