Windsor Brasilia Hotel

I was here with a large group for Training and we used the hotel facilities, including breakfast and lunch. The food was good the whole time, and the service throughout the hotel was very attentive. There are also two convenient stores right out front, which is handy. Great experience, and I’d recommend it.

The hotel is amazing, but I was disappointed that coffee and water in the room cost extra. My room also wasn’t cleaned properly.

This is my favorite place to stay when I visit Brasilia. I’ve stayed twice and already look forward to coming back soon. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I found the whole place exceptionally clean, including the pool, gym, and dining area. The location is perfect, and the staff are professional and helpful.

I liked this hotel a lot. The rooms are comfortable and a good size, with a minibar and a good mattress, and breakfast is great. Rooms on floors 10 and above have fantastic views over the city and the esplanade of ministries. It’s opposite a huge shopping centre with an average food court, and near anoche shopping centre, which is nicer. The hotel is stylish, though the pool is long and very narrow. I would’ve liked tea and coffee facilities in the room. Service could be better: the sink was completely blocked when I arrived, and I had to ask three times to get it fixed. When someone came, they left the bathroom really dirty, so I gave up. I expected better service from a hotel like this.
