I had a terrible experience. I booked through the booking app and paid at the establishment. When we arrived, the gate to our suite wouldn’t open, so we had to go back to reception. Less than 10 minutes after we entered the room, the door used by staff to access it opened. The employee looked startled when she saw us, apologized, and locked it. We called reception to cancel and ask for a refund, but were told that wasn’t possible because there was no justification for canceling. We went back to reception and were refused again. After a lot of insistence from the staff, we called the police. With police assistance, we got back only half of what we had paid. Unbelievable. I don’t recommend it. Awful.

The automatic garage gate is individual, the door uses a passcode, and the bathroom has two showers. The bed and bath linens were clean and very comfortable, and the room had a latest-generation 50-inch TV, air conditioning, and all the little details that make a stay pleasant. The place is extremely clean and organized, and I can confirm from our visit that there are no cockroaches. Access to the motel/hotel entrance is excellent, and the service is genuinely unmatched. There are rooms at different price points, and they showed us three different ones. You get what you’re willing to pay for, of course, a R$200/300 room won’t be a presidential suite. All the employees, the owners, and their children are family people, very capable and attentive. We were warmly welcomed, everyone was helpful, and they made us feel completely at ease. It’s excellent value for money. We travel and stay in all kinds of places and cities, and this was a great experience. We recommend it to everyone!

The room was awful, even missing a tile, and the shower was cold. The tub was yellow with dirt, and when we filled it, bits of grime came out. The soap sachets were supposed to make bubbles but didn’t foam at all, and the two little packets cost 80 reais. Terrible.

I left feeling cheated and ripped off as a customer. I called to ask the overnight rate, liked the price, and decided to stay. I arrived less than 5 minutes later and asked the price again. They quoted the same amount as on the phone, but when it came time to settle, they changed it from 200 to 250 for a simple room, or 300 with a tub. I decided to stay anyway, even though the price went up after I arrived. I thought it was strange that they made us pay before checking in, but luckily they did, because I wouldn’t have stayed once I saw the room. About 3 hours later, I called reception and was told that the 300 rate was only for 3 hours. What? We had made a point of saying at the entrance that we wanted an overnight stay, and it was agreed as an overnight booking. I immediately decided to leave and told the attendant I’d call the police because what they’d done was completely disrespectful. At the gate, the attendant said she’d been given permission for us to stay overnight. A joke, right? We still left, because with staff changing shifts, what guarantee did we have that the instruction wouldn’t change and they’d charge us extra later? I called the police and was advised to file a police report, which I did since they couldn’t come to the site at that moment. I’ll file a lawsuit for moral damages because I had to miss my commitments the next day. It was already 3:00 in the morning, and I couldn’t find anywhere to stay. Here’s my advice: better to pay a little more for a quality place and not get cheated. What a shame.
