The rooms and facilities feel a bit dated, but the staff more than make up for it with how friendly and attentive they are. Michelli was especially kind and helpful during our stay, and Cyntia at reception helped us a lot. The resort is in a great location.

Reginaldo Santos Comprido led great entertainment on the terrace and physical education classes. The staff were very attentive and the service was excellent.

The food was amazing. I had a lot of fun here and definitely put on a few pounds.

I booked and paid for two rooms with all-inclusive, but at checkout they charged me again for offsite activities I’d already paid for on the spot. They couldn’t give me a signed copy of the bill showing that charge to my room. I asked to speak to the manager, but even the manager didn’t come. It felt like tourists and foreigners were being overcharged, so I’d stay away if you don’t want the same thing. The service was poor all around, the internet in the rooms was very weak, and a room for three came with only two towels.

I spoke with Laura e Leandro during a customer survey and want to congratulate the team on their professionalism. The food was great, the atmosphere excellent, and the service good. Room service staff could use more training, though. The Wi-Fi was bad, especially in the evening, when calls dropped every 30 seconds. Four stars overall.
