Hotel e Locadora Vizon

Great.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of variety and good-quality food. My stay at Hotel Vison was excellent overall. The rooms and the bed and bath linens were impeccably clean, and I was comfortable throughout. Everything was well organized and felt carefully looked after. The one thing that could be better is the soundproofing, since outside noise came through at times. It was a very positive experience, with a clean, comfortable, well-organized hotel and great value. I'd recommend staying here and would come back.

A terrible experience. I tried to book a room for May 5 and was quoted a price, so I thought everything was settled. The next day they messaged to say the price would double. When I asked what we could do, they just said it was an internal error, then left me without an answer or any help. On May 20 they messaged asking me to confirm the reservation, even though they still hadn't assisted me. I don't think this is how a well-known hotel in town should behave. The service seemed to come from people with no basic respect for customers. I won't book there or recommend it to anyone. When booking, look for a hotel that can solve a problem instead of giving you another one. HORRIBLE, AWFUL.

Hotel Vizin 1 is in a great location and offers good value. The rooms are clean and fully equipped, with air conditioning, a small table for working, a TV, minibar, and hot shower, and everything worked. They provide soap and shampoo. There's a pool open until 11 p.m., good breakfast, and parking behind an electronic gate. The team was polite and friendly. #hotelemvilhena
