The staff were polite and attentive, and the service was very good. Breakfast was okay, with tasty pão de queijo. My room was noisy, though, and I only managed to sleep after taking melatonin. The window faced the street and its gaps let in the noise while also keeping the air conditioning from cooling the room. There was also a balcony light left on that shone straight into the room, and a drain smell coming from the bathroom. I'd suggest improving the room noise, fitting a window that blocks it better, and getting a plumber to deal with the drain smell. Thank you.

It has the basics a traveler needs to rest overnight, so it's a decent place for a stop. But don't arrive late for breakfast. We got there at 8:30 and there weren't even any cutlery left. The staff seemed inattentive and indifferent.

For my first work trip, I picked a great place. I definitely recommend it.

The location was the only good part for us. Our room was one of the worst places I've stayed: it was dirty, especially the bathroom, which had lots of mold, and the cleaning was poorly done. The shower was faulty and seemed at risk of an electrical short. There was too much light early in the morning, and some staff were rude. Breakfast had few options. If you're after somewhere comfortable, I'd avoid this hotel. Hotel Moura and other nearby places are better, though Hotel Moura may cost a little more; it's worth it.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and breakfast had enough good options to leave you full. The location is good too, and the service was what you'd expect.
