The beachside location is gorgeous and feels safe, with a private gate giving access to one of Búzios’s prettiest, calmest beaches. They provide towels too, and the kids love it. The pool is a treat, especially with a drink from the hotel bar while relaxing on the loungers. There’s also a sauna, a gym, and help arranging tours. My family and I love this hotel. Whenever we think of Búzios, it’s our automatic choice. The team looks after all the details and makes us feel warmly welcomed every time. Everyone, from reception and the kitchen to the servers and housekeepers, is well trained, polite, attentive and ready to help. Breakfast is one of our favorite parts of the stay. There’s a good range for kids and adults, Brazilian and international tastes, and even people following a high-protein or calorie-deficit diet. We always eat well before heading out for the day. The restaurant also serves well-prepared snacks and meals, and the kids enjoy a swim after the beach while waiting for their food. The rooms are roomy, well equipped, clean and quiet. The beds and linens are comfortable and make us feel at home. Bathrooms have a lovely shower with strong hot and cold water, and good quality toiletries in dispensers that are kept filled. There’s even a retractable drying line for swimsuits and towels, which is useful and rare. We love this hotel and hope to return soon. A great value for money.

We stayed as a family and found the facilities really comfortable and the cleanliness impeccable. The heated pool, sauna and gym are free to use, the Wi-Fi is excellent, and the beach is just a short walk away. Breakfast has plenty of variety and is well prepared, and the restaurant is fine. What I’ll remember most, though, is how warm and attentive the staff were. Congratulations to every one of them.
