There are lots of individually owned flats for rent here, and the location is very good. Prices are reasonable, but the quality varies with each owner. On my first stay, my unit was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The second was inexpensive, but it hadn't been refurbished in a very long time and was sadly furnished, with a plastic table and very old cabinets. Check the unit photos before booking so you know what you're getting.

The building felt almost abandoned, and the room was in terrible shape. The blankets and pillows were dirty and torn, the microwave was moldy, and the air conditioner dripped water beside the bed. There was a bad smell throughout the building. We booked three days but left in under two hours to find another hotel. Even though we didn't use the service because of these conditions, we got no refund.
